7-Day Return Window

At Kiral, we value your satisfaction and offer a 7-day return period from the date you receive your item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • In its original condition

  • Unused and unworn

  • With original tags

  • In the original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

However, we highly recommend visiting our store location in person, so we can better understand your case and assist you more directly.

Please note: We do not offer cash or card refunds.
If your return is accepted, you’ll receive either a product exchange or store credit for future use.

Items sent back without prior communication will not be accepted.
